Service and purpose

ReHome AI generates an image that applies a selected design style to an uploaded space photo. We process information needed for sign-in, job processing, delivering results, verifying credit purchases and customer support.

Information processed

We process your Google account identifier, display name and masked email; uploaded photos, selected style, generated images, job status and credit ledger; a hash of the Google Play purchase token, product and order IDs, verification status; and access and error logs. The original purchase token is used only during transaction verification.

Report an AI image

You can report an inappropriate generated image in the app. We receive and review the reason, optional details, and result identifier. We do not make a separate copy of the reported image.

Storage and sharing

Photos and results are kept in private storage and served only to authenticated requests from the owning account. We send uploaded photos and selected design instructions to the OpenAI GPT Image API for image editing. OpenAI processing and retention policies may also apply. We use Google Cloud for hosting and storage, Google Cloud Run for the web, and Google Play for Android payments.

Retention and deletion

Account access stops immediately on a deletion request. Our policy is to permanently delete account data and original/generated images not subject to legal retention within 30 days of the request. Temporary processing images should normally be deleted within 24 hours after completion. Where applicable law requires it, contract, payment and supply records are kept for 5 years after the transaction, consumer complaint and dispute records for 3 years, and applicable access logs for 3 months. Minimum data may be separately retained for legal duties, ongoing disputes or security incidents.

Current implementation: account deletion requests and immediate access suspension are in QA. Account/image purging, purchase record separation and expiry, irreversible deletion from shared Cloud SQL backups and external Worker copies within 30 days, deletion of individual images, and production deployment are not yet verified or complete.
